Cranford Man With Dementia Last Seen In Newark Wednesday Morning

The Newark Police Department is asking the public's assistance in locating Gregory McGill, a 56-year-old Cranford resident with dementia who has been missing since Wednesday morning.

He was last seen when a relative dropped McGill off at a home in the 500 block of Elizabeth Avenue in Newark around 9 a.m. 

McGill is black, 6'5" and 260 lbs., with a light brown complexion. He is bald. 

He was last seen wearing a dark baseball cap, blue jeans, blue shoes, a blue jacket and glasses. 

Police urge anyone with information about his whereabouts to call the department's 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477) or 1-877-NWK-GUNS (1-877-695-4867). 

 All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
